This retreat is a return to the parts of yourself that you have forgotten.

All through life, many of us move through the world believing we need to fix ourselves, perfect ourselves, or prove our worth in order to belong. And somewhere along the way, we begin abandoning the very parts of us that are most alive, intuitive, joyful, and true.

For over 20 years, I have been on my own journey of inner discovery. What I've come to realize is that awakening the Goddess within is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you were before the world told you who you had to be.

What Does Awakening Your Inner Goddess Really Mean?

It is the gradual unlearning of the masks, roles, expectations, and survival patterns that disconnected you from your essence.

As I began to explore what truly brought me alive, honor my needs, listen to my body, and accept myself more deeply, something beautiful started to happen. Parts of me that had been hidden began to return. My joy returned. My softness returned. My aliveness returned.

I stopped trying to earn my worth. And slowly, I began to feel at home within myself.

For me, awakening your Inner Goddess means creating the safety within yourself to fully be who you are.

It means reconnecting to your inner wisdom, your intuition, your emotional truth, your sensuality, your joy, your power, and your softness.

This retreat is not just about understanding these ideas intellectually. It is about embodying them.

Through movement, stillness, nature, emotional healing, sisterhood, ritual, and deep inner exploration, we begin to anchor a new felt experience within the body — so that when you move back into your world, you have an inner anchor to return to.

The Inner Anchor Experience

A felt sense of:

A place within yourself that you can return to when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or disconnected.

The more we rest in silence, stillness, truth, and the beauty of nature, the more we remember our true essence beneath the noise of the world.

We begin to soften out of survival mode. We begin to trust ourselves again. We begin to feel whole again.

For me, awakening your Inner Goddess means meeting the sacred presence that already lives within you… and allowing that presence to become your anchor, your guide, your wisdom, and your home.

Are You Ready to Step Into Your Full Power?

As you explore your inner world, you will cultivate emotional resilience, grounded strength, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

Every challenge you've faced has shaped you — and now it's time to honor both your light and your shadows.

Through self-inquiry, embodiment, and healing practices, you'll reconnect with your passion, intuition, and inner authority — reclaiming the Goddess that has always lived within you.

This retreat is your invitation to unlock the extraordinary woman within.

We believe that true transformation begins from within. By delving deep into your inner world, you'll cultivate resilience, strength, and a profound sense of self-worth. Through self-discovery and healing, you'll rediscover your passion, purpose, and power.

Retreat Highlights

Mastering Our Inner Game through Self-Awareness

Cultivating self-awareness is an important aspect of our work. Each decision we make, whether as an employer, a parent, or a friend, shapes our existence. Through self-awareness we become more aware of how we show up in the world, enabling us to reclaim our power and ignite our lives from within. Through self-awareness practices you will build inner strength by understanding your emotional landscape. Learn to navigate intense emotions like anger, shame and fear, with compassion and resilience.

Transformative Inner Child Work

Engage in deep, introspective practices to uncover the roots of emotional triggers and unconscious patterns. By meeting and healing the inner child, you release self-limiting beliefs and create space for lasting change, authenticity, and joy.

Somatic Movement & Osho Active Meditations

We begin the day with movement, meditation and breath. These Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho, over a long period of experimentation. They enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions and to bring the body back to a relaxed harmony — and then the journey inwards can begin.

Sharing Circles & Conscious Relating

Sharing circles are like cocoons for the soul. They provide a safe and nurturing space for you to shed old patterns and emerge transformed. Just as a caterpillar undergoes a profound metamorphosis within its cocoon, sharing circles offer a container for deep inner exploration and personal growth.

Fire Ceremony

Fire rituals blend ancient spiritual symbolism with contemporary psychological insights, offering you a symbolic way to acknowledge and then let go of what no longer serves you. They embody the idea of transformation, renewal and release and is therefore a key part of our retreats.

What Others Say

Real experiences of transformation and healing from past retreat attendees.

I couldn't imagine that there would be a day in my life when I could sit in a circle with women from all over the world, speak English, understand them. And have so much in common with them.

How many times I have heard from my mother: where you are born, there you are useful. This means that you will not find acceptance anywhere, you will not find friends anywhere but your homeland, and the retreat proved that this is not true!

I went through a lot of pain and fear and kept keeping those feelings inside, avoiding them. I couldn't imagine that here in just 6 days I could let go of these feelings, turn them into love and pride in myself. To recognize that I am very brave, and I don't have to hide my scars - they are part of my story. And it's not a story of defeat, it's a story of victory.

I was thinking yesterday how amazing, how beautiful we all are. And if I can see that grace in you, then I have it in me too.

And in those moments when I think of myself again, that I'm not good enough, I will think of each of you and banish those bad thoughts.

I attended the Inner Goddess Retreat and had an amazing experience. I was able to open up in ways I never thought I could.

Any type of self work isn’t easy at first and knowing that there are others with the same obstacles in life as you makes you feel like you are not alone.

I felt so safe and welcomed by an amazing group of ladies.

I cannot wait to experience this again :)
