Workshops & Group Journeys
Intimate gatherings designed to create a space where entrepreneurs, changemakers, and professionals can pause, reflect, and connect. I blend in different modalities to connect to our mind, body and spirit which includes meditation, journaling, authentic relating and somatic movement.
In our work together we do not only work on the mental or physical realm, but engage the 4 layers of the human body.
I work with the whole person. By integrating the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing, my work helps people become:
The deeper field of being — the place where meaning, purpose and the sacred live.
The feelings we carry, suppress, or transmute — the river of emotion beneath the mind.
The wisdom held in the body — sensation, breath, movement, and embodied presence.
The patterns, beliefs and stories that shape how we see ourselves and the world.
In today's fast-paced, high-pressure world, we often lack spaces to slow down and connect, both with ourselves and others. These intimate gatherings provide that much-needed pause.
These journeys foster awareness, healing and transformation. I curate immersive experiences that blend movement, meditation, connection, and introspection. Each workshop integrates different modalities offering a holistic path of self-discovery.
This Map of consciousness serves as the backbone to the work I do. It helps us navigate the emotional terrain that impacts the way we move through the world, and what we draw into our lives.
You cannot positive-think yourself up this map. You need to go into the dark, ugly and painful side. And so my work is in helping you make that important, yet challenging journey.
Fear, Shame and Guilt are like the boulders holding you back from accessing your innate life-force energy, your inner wisdom, and your enthusiasm to move your life in the direction you want.
My role is to help you dissolve these obstacles and master the art of self-awareness — because with self-awareness you know where you are operating from, and then it is easy to make the right choice for yourself.
Each Journey weaves together transformative tools and practices, including:
For uncovering insights and breakthroughs
To build trust and human connection
For reshaping thought patterns
To integrate mind and body wisdom
To deepen personal growth
Each session has a unique theme guiding the exploration, ensuring every Journey feels fresh, relevant, and transformative.
Select a destination on the map to explore that journey — each workshop is a different path through your inner world.
Tap a journey below to explore that path through your inner world.
Each journey revolves around a framework which helps us explore our inner world through a different lens. I have handpicked these frameworks from 20 years of study, as they simplify complex psychological and scientific research into understandable models that serve as a great starting point to question and explore our inner selves. Here are a few of the workshops I offer, they can be tailored to your needs.
Did you know that all of life can be boiled down to two processes, the process of new things becoming old and old things getting renewed?
This understanding comes from this framework rooted in nature itself, originally developed by scientist Buzz Holling, through the study of natural ecosystems and how they survive, adapt, collapse, and regenerate over time.
What makes this framework so powerful is that these same stages are not limited to forests, coral reefs, or ecosystems, they also mirror the rhythms of our own lives. They offer deep insight into our inner world, our relationships, our work, and the cycles we repeatedly move through as human beings.
We use this framework as a starting point, to reflect on the key areas of our life: health, career and relationships. Through a guided journey of your 4 inner worlds, we help you understand and transform your challenges into opportunities.
What the Workshop Covers:
We all have an inner operating system, much like a computer. In psychology, this is called our self concept. It's the image we carry of who we are.
This image isn't something we consciously choose. It's formed over time and is shaped by everything we've experienced in our family, our culture, our schooling, the moments we were praised and the moments we were shamed.
We're all born as pure essence. Curious. Open. Whole. But very early on, we start receiving messages.
You are this. You are not that. If you behave this way, you're good. If you don't, you're bad.
Slowly, without realizing it, we begin to build a mental picture of who we think we are supposed to be. And that picture becomes our self concept.
From that point on, much of our life is spent protecting, performing, and perfecting this image. Trying to meet expectations. Trying to be enough.
An inner reset is not about becoming someone new. It's about pausing long enough to notice the image you've been living from. And to slowly start questioning it.

Do you find that your own inner voice is often your harshest critic? It's time to silence that voice and reclaim your confidence. Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to addressing the inner critic and fostering self-empowerment.
Do you often feel weighed down by self-doubt and unworthiness? You're not alone. Many of us carry internalized messages from our past—whether from parents, teachers, or society—that tell us we're not good enough as we are. These messages shape how we view ourselves and navigate the world around us.
In the "Love ThySelf" workshop, we provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore and reclaim your authentic self. This is an opportunity to release self-judgment and rediscover your inherent worthiness. It's time to embrace who you truly are and step confidently into your power.
What the Workshop Covers:
By the end of this workshop, participants will have tools to challenge their inner critic, reclaim their sense of worth, and foster greater self-compassion in both personal and professional settings.

In today’s fast-paced world, our biggest battles often happen in our own minds. The way we speak to ourselves can either empower us or hold us back.
We all know the importance of physical fitness, but what about mental fitness?
Groundbreaking research shows that how you respond to challenges actually triggers different parts of your brain — much like the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. The majority of us operate from unconscious self-sabotaging patterns, meaning only a small percentage of people fully realise their true potential.
This interactive workshop explores the science of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to change and rewire itself throughout life, and what this means for performance, resilience and wellbeing.
Drawing from neuroscience, Positive Intelligence and cognitive psychology, participants will explore the science of self-talk, recognise their biggest sabotaging patterns and understand how stress shapes performance, relationships and sustained happiness.
The truth is, our ability to thrive personally and professionally depends largely on how well we navigate and adapt to stress.
In this workshop, participants will first identify the thoughts, behaviours and unconscious patterns that limit growth. They will then build the awareness, tools and mental fitness needed to shift these patterns, strengthening emotional resilience, performance, creativity, leadership and relationships.
What the Workshop Covers:
We all carry an Inner Child within us — the tender, curious, vulnerable part of us that learned very early how to survive fear, pain, rejection, and disappointment.
These early wounds shape how we relate, how we protect ourselves, how we love, and how we hold ourselves back.
When we do not address them, we might find that we are replaying the same patterns again and again. Often they revolve around dealing with our fears in one way or another: the fear of being seen, being rejected, being ridiculed, being abandoned, the fear of failure, exposure, and the one that was triggered the most during the pandemic, the fear of losing control!
These fears often come from the abuses, indignities and traumas we suffered in our childhood. They also come from the unexpressed and unworked through fears of our parents, and the culture we inherited.
To protect ourselves from these fears, we build a wall or a protective layer to avoid feeling vulnerable and unsafe again. Although it helps us block out pain, it also blocks out our pleasure, creativity, playfulness and zest for life.
And so this work is about gently uncovering these protective layers, letting ourselves come face to face with the fears so that we can transform them. It is about learning how to meet our fears, soften our defenses, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we had to hide in order to cope.
To honour the sensitive nature of this work, I offer it in different formats, so that you can select which one is right for you.
What This Workshop Covers:
By the end of the workshop, participants will learn to transform self-judgment into self-acceptance, release patterns of self-doubt rooted in early experiences, and reconnect with their innate playfulness, creativity, and authentic self-expression.

Our outer life is always a reflection of our inner world. When we experience disconnection, conflict, or struggle, it often points to places within ourselves that are asking for healing and harmony.
Together, we'll explore the roots of inner conflict, shine light on the ways we sabotage ourselves, and gently bring balance between our inner masculine and feminine energies. Through reflection, dialogue, and somatic movement, you'll leave with tools and practices to embody greater harmony and self-acceptance.
What the Workshop Covers:
When we find harmony within, life around us begins to flow with ease.
How can you bring more fulfillment to your life without quitting your job?
Work doesn't have to feel like a grind. It can be a space of creativity, joy, and self-expression, if we know how to approach it with intention. This workshop invites you into an inner exploration with the concept of Ikigai (or our reason for being) and helps us apply this understanding to enhance our work with purpose, passion, and delight.
Through self-reflection, interactive exercises, and creative practices, you'll uncover fresh ways to reinvent your work-life story. You'll learn to shift perspective, embrace intentional choices, and reimagine your daily routines so that even the ordinary feels meaningful. Whether you're seeking a career change, reigniting your current role, or simply craving more zest in your day-to-day, this session will help you reconnect with the joy of working from your true self.

Step into a fresh relationship with work — one filled with adventure, creativity, and renewed purpose.
In many indigenous traditions around the world, cacao is regarded as a sacred plant medicine with a deeply feminine and heart-opening spirit. Unlike stimulating substances that pull us outward, cacao gently guides us inward — helping us soften our defenses, quiet the mind, and reconnect with our emotional world with greater compassion and presence.
These ceremonies are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body and heart. In a world that constantly asks us to perform, push, and care for everyone else, this is a space where you are invited to simply be. To feel. To breathe. To listen inward.
I work with the gentle medicine of ceremonial cacao alongside somatic awareness, movement, journaling, meditation, and sharing circles to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been neglected, silenced, or forgotten.
Cacao supports a deeper connection with yourself, your emotions, your body, and the people around you. It invites us out of fear and back into love. When we shift our inner state, we begin to transform the way we experience life itself.
Combined with somatic practices, this journey becomes an opportunity to not only understand yourself intellectually, but to truly feel yourself again.

I've been working with lunar energy for the past few years, and I love how each Moon carries a different theme. Over time, these themes touch every area of life, our health, relationships, sense of self, work, and the way we relate to the world. It becomes a holistic way of tending to our inner landscape, month by month.
We live in a Universe made of energy and governed by cyclical patterns. When we attune ourselves to these cosmic rhythms, astrology and the Moon become allies rather than abstract concepts.
New Moons invite us to plant new seeds, set intentions, and listen inward. Full Moons shed light on where we are in our life, and what is out of alignment. These are a great time to release what feels heavy, stagnant, or no longer aligned. When we work with both, we create a natural cycle of becoming and letting go.
